Missing-Endangered Adult

On Monday, July 4, 2004, Mr. Luis Rodriguez-Hernandez was last seen at approximately 1630 hours, leaving the Bettencourt Dairy at 35 North 400 West, Jerome.  Luis, who lives in the City of Jerome,  failed to arrive.
